Completely refinished, in fantastic shape. They do have some scuffs and minor dents, about the size of a fingernail, that are consistent with age and use. Everything else has been restored as much as possible and they are ready for immediate use.
The locks function just fine, the hinges are solid as well. Perhaps some WD-40 if they become tight again. Remember, all items from My Home on Mars ship with a care sheet, so you can maintain your items for years to come!
