Processing & Shipping 

Each item listing includes information about processing and delivery speed for that particular listing. Your confirmation email includes the order tracking number and additional information. 

Shipping

We ship domestically & internationally, Monday through Saturday. 

We require a phone number for shipping regardless of destination, as each order includes insurance. International orders also mandate a phone number for customs purposes.

Shipping options for speed and courier can be selected during checkout. If you don’t see your preferred option, email us at info@myhomeonmars.com 

Options for furniture orders are pick-up, curbside delivery or freight (courier) delivery. To arrange furniture delivery, follow the instructions in your order confirmation. To talk about specifics, we’ll discuss them via furniture@myhomeonmars.com 

Processing

All orders are processed and packaged in-house. Most items are processed in under 5 days, with the exception of furniture. We use Sunday to rest, so skip that when checking processing time. 

Next-day rush processing is available for an additional $15 fee, simply select that option during checkout.

Processing times for different item categories can be found below:

Home Decor: 2 to 5 days

Clothes & Accessories: 1 to 3 days 

Furniture: 1 to 3 days, you will hear from us about delivery options. Delivery speed depends on your selection. 

Packaging 

We strive to use recycled or biodegradable packaging as much as possible. Our tape is biodegradable, tissue paper is recycled, boxes are either reused or made from at least 50% recycled materials. Even our printer paper is made from recycled materials. 

Because we are a small operation that values sustainability, we re-use boxes often. Your order may arrive, for example, in a box from another store like Target or Amazon. 

Don’t let the sometimes ugly exterior deceive you, the contents are always stunning! 

Gift Wrapping

Available for a small fee: $7 for interior and $10 for the interior and exterior. Exterior gift wrapping ensures the box itself shows no other company logos, and is decorated with our signature art-nouveau icons.
