This kelly green skirt is incredibly well made and thoughtfully designed. Figure flattering, it features perfectly placed darts, an A-line hem with a slight flare, and an attached drawstring waist that allows for your flexibility as a woman. A buy once, use forever garment.
Called the "Trickskirt" and made of duck-weight cotton Koratron Fabric, by Koret of California, this is their brand signature piece. And no wonder! It is designed to be well-fitting regardless of your size with its wrap around design, easy care, perfect weight and belted tie closure.
It's so well made that even the belt is finished and double seamed in white contrast thread. Two generously sized hip pockets are well hidden in the seam, see photos: the front white contrast stitching are trick bucket pockets, they're simply for design.
Fun fact - Koret of California was founded in 1939 by a husband-wife duo who gained popularity by selling skirts that coordinated with popular sweaters. In 1961, they invented the permanent press process, licensed by Levi Strauss in 1963. This Koret Trickskirt pleated skirt sold 3.5 million pieces and was introduced in 1946.
Condition: Pristine!
Makers Mark: Original tags in tact, including a care label.
*Measurements taken flat* Disclosure - because of the nature of the garment, all are are approximate. We folded it as flat and symmetrical as possible when we measured. It's generously sized in any case.
