Ornate bouquet earrings by Eugene featuring a gold antiqued metal filigree backing - more likely cannetille given it's so 3D - in an organic shape, with wirework to fasten the copious embellishments! Featuring seed pearls, baroque pearls, glass beads, clear, prong-set rhinestones, and more. At least 8 multi-level florals with sets of petals on each piece in beautiful set. The organic shape tapers to a tip, and there are three distinct limbs/arms.
They are nice and big, yet dainty with the immaculate details. Imagine how fantastic they'll look when on the ear - the scroll goes pretty high!
Quintessential Eugene earrings, they were made between 1952 and 1962, when the company was in business. I have never seen a pair so big in such great condition before.
Condition: Fantastic, even before I cleaned them. NOTE -- I have meticulously cleaned these and every other pair of earrings I have for sale, with a delicate jewelry cleaner, various brushes, and sometimes a toothpick.
